Add: New “Letterbox fee” setting that overrides the shipping cost when all items are eligible for letterbox delivery, plus an extra fee field for the 24-hour variant.
Tweak: Checkout tab labels now show the full shipping cost (carrier + delivery-day/pickup fee) instead of only the additional fee.
Tweak: Improve tax handling so tab prices accurately reflect tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive display settings.
