Security: fixed a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) issue on the settings screen. Colour and size values are now validated against a strict whitelist before they are saved, and the generated CSS is sanitized again on output.

Security: the settings form now accepts only known fields, and the save handler re-checks the user capability instead of relying on the nonce alone.

Improvement: styles are printed with wp_add_inline_style() instead of a hand built style tag.
