Improved: The plugin now passes the WordPress.org Plugin Check with no errors or code warnings. Request values are sanitized, output is escaped, and database queries are prepared.

Improved: The Help page shows plugin icons provided by the WordPress.org API instead of loading hard-coded remote images.
Improved: Translations are loaded by WordPress itself, as they are for every plugin hosted on WordPress.org.

Added: Form field variables by label — {name}, {message}, {your_email} — shown in the Form Message Template’s Insert variable menu. Fields sharing a label are numbered in order: {name_1}, {name_2}.
Added: {time} variable for the time the message is sent.
Changed: {date} now outputs only the date; use {time} for the time. Both follow the site timezone and the date/time formats in Settings → General.
