Fix: when several visitors loaded the site at the same moment right after an update, some pages could show the cart launcher as plain text like [cartpops_cart_launcher] and miss the cart drawer.
Fix: on sites with page caching, the cart drawer no longer sends two extra requests on every page view for visitors with an empty cart, and no longer loads recommendations while they are switched off. This reduces the load on busy stores.
