New: BetterDocs registers its docs, categories, tags, glossary, FAQ, settings and analytics with the WordPress Abilities API, so any Abilities-aware tool can read and write your knowledge base
New: MCP admin page with a connection health report, self-test, per-tool picker and ready-made setup snippets for each supported editor
Improvement: Knowledge base meta is now visible over REST, and the FAQ Builder capability check repairs itself when roles drift
Fix: Document import no longer fails on PHP 8 — WP_Importer has no constructor, and calling it aborted every import
